Senior Program
Take Your Patrolling to the Next Level
The Senior Program develops patrollers with advanced skills, broad expertise, and strong leadership across all aspects of patrolling.
Designed for alpine and Nordic patrollers alike, the program combines core requirements with opportunities to expand into additional disciplines. At its foundation is the Senior OEC module, which builds the decision-making, problem management, and leadership skills needed to handle complex and high-pressure emergency situations.
Beyond the core, patrollers can further broaden their experience through electives and continued training, strengthening their ability to lead, adapt, and perform at a higher level, on and off the hill.
